Niwa! Smooth operator. Niwa is one of the primo bar staff and cocktailer as well as 2nd to Rosie handling the functions. Cheeeh bowl.

Tomasi, seen here teaching us a bit of Fijian break dancing at the last staff party. Tomasi is an allstar waiter and barista too.

Vee. All-rounder at the Cross and mother to all of us. Famous for her as-strong-as-she-can-get-them "Vee-Bourbons". Chowing down on some chops from the Barbie.
Funk Brotha Apa! Resident Saturday night DJ, walked in off the street one night and stuck round ever since. With thousands of records it's no question he's a bit of a fiend, and the organiser of Vinyl Club the fanzine and the trade day.

Sam the Man. Been at the Cross for over a decade. One of the best fellas you're likely to meet.
Marky P, our newest Duty Manager and brother to our Entertainment Manager Nigel. Marky's on the ball all the time and you just try to stop him grinning that cheeky grin. This your beer mate?
Emma! She's been with us for ages, so when she died we kept her on as a zombie and now pay her in brains.

Suze, our resident Professional Massage Therapist. Definitely worthy of being included as one of the crew, especially after all of those staff massages...

Rumble. True Gentleman and a damn fine fellow; Also has part time work as an international man of mystery - Love ya style big fella!
Sophie. She's a super friendly super cool waitress, helps with the kids program here and is a very talented artist - also unbearably cute as shown above.

The Dunkerlys. (Miss Money) Penny (left) is our accounts administrator and lovely office organizer - she knows just about everything. Simon (middle) was one of our top bartenders but as you can see he's on to bigger things. Bob (right) doesn't exactly work here but he's husband to Penny, Father to Simon and a member of the Cross family. Also watch out for these guys on Thursday nights if you're here for the music quiz - they're a formidable team!
Tommy. Front line chef extraordinaire. This guy can cook dinner for 25 people faster than you can say protein shake - and always with a smile. He's also secretly a retired flair tender but you'll find him in the kitchen these days.
Malky. Our resident Scotsman and long standing Bar Manager, Malky is also a rock star in local band The Volunteers, a jolly good chap and will probably buy you a beer, but don't quote me on that.
Ray. Head doorman - he's not really as scary as he looks, unless you mess with the crew. We love Ray but the guy behind him isn't so sure... Can i see your
ID?
Tim. Floor manager and son of Clarke - Seen here at a jaunty angle observing the haps.
Josh. He's been here for ages now and we've learned to love him. Daytime bar fiend and all round legend.

Kam. You'll find him in the kitchen cooking up a storm, or in the garden soaking up the rays, like. Awright mate?
Sefton. King of the floor, master delegator and totally lovable Southern Cross fixture. Where would we be without ya Sefty?
Skittles aka Blair. Our fearsome new barista defending his territory. You call that a knife? THIS is a knife. Check that flat white - Oooosh! Also watch out for his razor sharp guitar skills...
Josh Lynex. Our restaurant manager and wine man (with a plan). Seen here hard at work setting out quality control guidelines.
Jim. Mr Hatley came over from the U.K and hassled us so much for a spot of work that we had to give him a job. He's doing great so far but the N.Z sun has given him quite the tan.
Kate S. Usually found in The Guest Room tending to the functions, this chick loves good times and has been known to wax devilish - Perfect for the job!
Mara 'Big Dadi' Simpson. Able organizer of Kroon For Your Kai and The Avo Show. She also plays lovely music and has an evil twin who lives in the coffee machine.
Hillary. We got her in for her awesome skills with the ankle biters on Sunday, but she's won us over and now works on the bar too!
B.J. Keeps thing spick & span on the cleaning crew, likes a yarn and a beer in the sun. Good as gold.
Megz. Awesome waitress, coffee maker and friend. Seen here havin a wee boogie. Ain't she cute?


Rhonda, Maya & Jessie (clockwise from the top). Rhonda is our CFO (head bean counter) and these are her beautiful children. Awww you guys.
Vanessa. Helping your kids have as much fun as possible since goodness knows when.
