Here at The Southern Cross we take legal
stuff quite seriously. As a licenses premise we are obliged to follow a set of
rules outlined by the New Zealand government to keep everyone (you and us) safe
and having a good time. This is called Host Responsibility, and that’s just

the correct I.D with you, if we or our door staff ask you for I.D you have to
show an accepted form (Passport, HANZ 18+ Card or a NZ Drivers License) or you
wont be allowed on premise.
